Reflect on Your Claude Usage with the New Dashboard
Claude's Reflect dashboard (beta, July 9 2026) shows your usage patterns across 1–12 months and scores your habits against the 4D AI Fluency Framework. Available in Settings for Free, Pro, and Max users with Memory turned on.
Claude's new Reflect dashboard lets you see exactly how you've been using AI — and decide whether that matches your intentions. It launched July 9, 2026 in beta.
Find it in Settings on Claude.ai or the desktop app. You need Memory turned on to generate a report. If the Reflect option doesn't appear, enable Memory first in Settings.
Your report covers chat activity over the past 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. It shows which topics you worked on most, when you use Claude during the day and week, and what types of tasks you delegated.
You can also set quiet hours or a break nudge inside the dashboard. Both are optional reminders you can dismiss at any time.
The report scores your habits against the 4D AI Fluency Framework:
Delegation — deciding when and whether to involve Claude
Description — how clearly you communicate your goals
Discernment — how well you evaluate Claude's outputs before using them
Diligence — how responsibly you act on AI-generated work
Your report pulls real examples from your conversations — not just scores. It might note that you often rework email drafts in your own voice, or that you settle strategy before delegating tasks. It will also offer practical suggestions, like starting a Project instead of re-explaining context each time.
Reflect does not include incognito chats, underlying files from connected tools, or conversations linked to health integrations. Insights stay inside your dashboard — they are not used for any other purpose.
Anthropic worked with the MIT Media Lab's Advancing Humans with AI program, the Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children's Hospital, and the Family Online Safety Institute on the approach to sensitive conversations. Reflecting on Cowork conversations will be available soon.
Reflect turns a vague "am I using AI well?" worry into four specific questions you can act on. Check it monthly to catch drift — tasks you meant to keep human but gradually handed off — and to reinforce habits that are working. The practical move: open your report, find the one 4D dimension with the lowest score, pick a real piece of work, and use Claude to practice that skill today.
