Annual safety refresh
What never to paste into AI: customer data, credentials, anything your company's own data rules keep out. Checking outputs before anyone trusts them. Getting approval before AI sends, pays, or deletes anything.
Quarterly “what changed” updates
A short refresher every quarter so the training stays current as the tools change, instead of going stale the week after people finish it.
Completion records for admins
A list of who has finished and who hasn't, visible to your admin and exportable for your own records.
Role paths
A short path for each job, not one deck for everyone

Your admin gets a view of who has started, who has finished, and who still needs a nudge.
The program runs on a yearly cycle, with the quarterly updates included. Add or drop seats at renewal.

What does this have to do with the EU AI Act?
The EU AI Act asks organizations that use AI to support their staff's AI literacy. This program is a practical way to do that. We're not a law firm, and finishing it isn't a legal claim about your company; talk to your own counsel about what the Act requires of you.
What do you store about our team?
Each learner's name, work email, and course progress, plus the completion record your admin sees. We don't sell this data or share it outside your company's own account.
Can people start right away?
Yes. Once seats are set up, each person gets their own sign-in and can start the annual safety core immediately.
What happens if someone leaves the company mid-year?
Reassign their seat to someone else at no extra cost. Seats belong to your company, not to one person.
Is 10 seats really the minimum?
Yes, for this annual program. If your team is smaller than that, individual seats through our regular courses are a better fit; see /for-teams.
